The ED court in Mohali sentenced two individuals to three years in prison and imposed a fine for earning money by selling cocaine, revealing the open secret.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has convicted two individuals, Dara Singh and Gurdarshan Singh, under Section 3 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, in a money laundering case related to the smuggling of 1.230 kilograms of cocaine. The court sentenced both accused to three years' rigorous imprisonment each. Additionally, they were fined ₹5,000 each. According to the ED Chandigarh Zonal Office-1, the investigation began with an FIR filed by the Punjab Police.
