The monsoon has now started to withdraw from Punjab. According to the Meteorological Department, the withdrawal line of the monsoon is passing through Patiala and Gurdaspur. Conditions are favorable for the monsoon to withdraw from Punjab and Chandigarh in the next 2 to 3 days. Today (September 22), the weather will remain dry throughout Punjab, with no possibility of rain. The maximum temperature has increased by 0.4 degrees in the state and is now close to normal.
