Death in Chandigarh due to Sub-Inspector's wife's car accident: Elderly person succumbs to injuries at the hospital, accident near Sant Nirankari Bhavan; bike rider injured.

In Manimajra, Chandigarh, a car hit a bike rider and then a cyclist. The accident occurred near Sant Nirankari Bhawan at around 8 am. The cyclist, an elderly man, died from serious injuries in the collision, while the biker, Dimple Kumar, was injured. Following the incident, the Manimajra police station has taken custody of the car and started an investigation. According to the police, the car belongs to Sapna Bhardwaj, the wife of a Sub-Inspector posted with the Chandigarh Police.
