Chandigarh: Ahead of fresh e-auction in Sector 39-mandi, SCO sites’ reserve price hiked by over 43%

The reserve price for 23 sites in Sector 39-mandi has been increased to ₹122.08 crore, with each site now having a minimum bid of ₹5.30 crore, up from ₹3.70 crore in the previous auction.
