Chandigarh: PU elections continue on same formula despite loopholes

Elections for the Punjab University (PU) continue using the Lyngdoh guidelines, which set a spending limit of ₹5,000 per candidate for student contests, while allowing major party candidates to spend up to ₹40 lakhs.
