Chandigarh: Realtor’s appeal junked, elderly homebuyer to get ₹20 lakh refund

An elderly homebuyer's appeal was rejected, and she is set to receive a ₹20 lakh refund along with 9% simple interest from the dates of deposit as ordered by the District Consumer Commission-I in March 2025.
