Haryana Youth Congress announces plan to besiege CM's residence: FIR against Rahul Gandhi and issue of HKRN employees; Chandigarh Police on alert, security increased.

The Haryana Youth Congress launched a protest against the state government in Chandigarh on Tuesday. Young Congress workers and veteran leaders are marching from the state Congress office located in Sector-9 to lay siege to the Haryana Chief Minister's residence. The demonstration was called to protest the FIR registered against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and demand that permanent jobs be given to the employees of the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN).
