Notorious gangster Ravindra Singh alias Kali, who is currently lodged in Chandigarh's Burail Jail, has been taken to Kharar CIA for questioning on a production warrant. Mohali Police claims that Kali, who was imprisoned in Burail Jail, was running an extortion network from behind bars. He was personally making phone calls demanding extortion money.
