Mohali: Builder to refund ₹16L for failing to execute seller-buyer agreement

A Chandigarh woman who paid ₹16 lakh for a flat in Mohali's Realcon Park Heights project but received neither possession nor necessary documents has been awarded a refund with interest and ₹2 lakh in compensation by the district consumer commission, directing Geetu Construction Pvt Ltd to comply within 30 days.
