A commotion erupted at the UT Guest House in Sector 6, Chandigarh, on Thursday afternoon when a man riding an Innova car claimed to be a PCS officer and an officer deputed from Punjab. The vehicle had "Government of Punjab" written on its front and back, and it also had a red beacon light. Additionally, he was accompanied by a gunman. The police personnel stationed at the guest house became suspicious of his words and actions. When he was questioned, he revealed that he was not an officer but rather a person who had come to Chandigarh for deputation from Punjab.
