Fake PCS officer caught in Chandigarh guest house: Told gunman to raid and take out the car; had a Punjab government sticker and red beacon.

A fake PCS officer was caught at the UT Guest House in Sector 6, Chandigarh. When the police officers from the guest house asked him about his identity, he claimed to be an officer on deputation from Punjab and tried to assert his authority. He was accompanied by a gunman. The car had "Government of Punjab" written on the front and back, and it had a red beacon light. Suspicious, the police started questioning him. During this time, he called the gunman and told him to come quickly, get the car ready, and launch a raid.
