There may be a childhood experience hidden behind their behavior that they haven't told anyone about. The problem with such children is often 'hidden in plain sight', meaning it's visible to everyone but remains unnoticed. Experts at the Advanced Pediatrics Center of Chandigarh PGI have conducted a CME on adolescents, highlighting the issues that can arise when these children are not properly cared for or given attention.
