On PM's birthday, lamps of blessings lit in Chandigarh: Sector 17 plaza illuminated with 50,000 diyas; wishes for Modi's good health and long life.

In Chandigarh, India's Chandigarh region, a 'Aashirvaad Ka Diya' program was organized on Thursday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 76th birthday. Between 6 pm and 7 pm, BJP workers and common people lit diyas in their homes. The ceremony held at Sector-17 saw the entire plaza illuminated with approximately 50,000 earthen lamps. During this event, prayers were offered for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's good health and long life. Across the country, people also observed a similar prayer at the same time.
