Chandigarh| The Engineering Department of the Chandigarh Administration has directed that a provision for granting annual casual leave (ACL) of 15 days per year to employees working on an outsourced basis in the Public Health Wing should be implemented uniformly across all divisions. The Superintending Engineer of Project PH Circle has issued a letter to the Executive Engineers of Divisions No. 1, 3, 7, and 8, instructing them to provide equal benefits of ACL to eligible employees.
