Heroin smuggler arrested in Chandigarh: Accused on one-day remand, no criminal record; a resident of Haryana.

Chandigarh police have arrested a 19-year-old man with 202 grams of heroin. The accused has been identified as Sahil and is a resident of Sandhai village in Yamunanagar district of Haryana.
