Sikar-Army jawan dies in accident: Insurance company ordered to pay ₹1.62 crore within two months; the pickup vehicle collided and caused his death.

The presiding officer of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Sikar, Vinod Kumar Giri, has delivered a verdict in the case of Preeti Kanwar vs Jeevanram and others. He ordered compensation exceeding ₹1.62 crore, including interest, to the dependents of the deceased soldier. Advocate Mahendra Bajia, who argued on behalf of the victims, stated that according to the case, Nagendra Singh Shekhawat, a resident of Tihawali village, was involved in an accident in 2022.
