The Phalodi Returning Officer stated that gatherings and processions are not permitted without permission. Loudspeakers are only allowed until 10 PM during elections, along with instructions regarding the code of conduct and maintaining peace and order.

Regarding the Phalodi Municipal Council General Election 2026, the administration has issued guidelines to maintain the Model Code of Conduct and law and order. Returning Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Pooja Chaudhary has asked all political parties and candidates to strictly adhere to the rules of the Election Commission. The instructions state that no political party or candidate will do anything that hurts the sentiments of people of any religion, sect, or caste.
