In Jaipur, India, a college student committed suicide. The student was distressed due to not being able to repay the money he had lent to his friends. On the night of September 25th, around 12:30 am, the student jumped to his death from the 12th floor of an apartment in Vidhani, which falls under the Shivdaspura police station area. When people came out after hearing the explosion, they found him lying on the ground covered in blood. He was admitted to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
