120 building owners have been issued notices for deficiencies in fire safety. The Jaipur Municipal Corporation took action before Diwali, stating that if the situation does not improve within 15 days, the buildings will be sealed.

Ahead of Diwali, the Jaipur Municipal Corporation has initiated an inspection of fire safety arrangements in markets, hotels, restaurants, bars, as well as schools and colleges, and other commercial buildings. In response to a series of fire incidents reported in the city, the municipal corporation's fire wing has issued notices to 120 building owners for deficiencies found in their firefighting systems and security measures. The notice requires them to rectify these fire safety issues within 15 days.
