The government has released funds for 1293 schools, amounting to 1094 crores. However, construction of most buildings hasn't even begun. Why is it waiting for a protest?

The construction of a new building for the primary school in Rampura Kanwarpura has been underway since September 1st. The government's negligence was such that despite the tender being issued for the new school building, work had not commenced. However, it was only after the CJP launched an agitation that the work finally began. This is the situation of most schools in the state. So far, the government has approved ₹1094.53 crore for the construction of new buildings for 1293 schools. In most cases, work has not yet started.
