A settlement had been established on the land of the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) near Jawahar Circle, and the JDA was unable to vacate it. The JDA offered the police to vacate the land, stating that the land would be given to the Rajasthan Police Housing Corporation for the police department. The police got the land vacated in January 2026. The JDA then registered and leased the land to the police for 4.50 crore rupees in exchange for the land. The police prepared a building plan and conducted the ground-breaking ceremony.
