Bhaskar News | The Permanent Lok Adalat, Bharatpur, has delivered a major verdict in the case of medical negligence during the surgery of 37-year-old Urvashi Pachauri, a resident of Bharatpur Bayana. The court has ordered Apex Hospital located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, and two doctors, Dr. Manish Khairiwala and Dr. Saurabh Jain, to pay the woman ₹15 lakh as compensation. According to Advocate Santoshilal Garg, Urvashi had a complaint of a cyst (tumor) in her uterus.
