The Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Sanjay K. Agarwal, and Justice Vineet Kumar Mathur's division bench, while hearing 34 cases related to the disability pension of ex-servicemen in a dispute, set aside the previous order of the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT). The court has directed that all the cases be sent back to the AFT's regional bench in Jaipur, Circuit Bench Jodhpur, for a fresh decision within three months.
