In Rajasthan, school timings will change from October 16th. Previously, they used to change from the 1st. This decision was taken considering the heat.

The school timings for one shift in the state will now change from October 16th. Considering the heatwave across the state, teachers' organizations had demanded that the school timings not be changed for the time being. The government has accepted this demand and has now issued orders to change the school timings starting from October 16th. However, hospital timings are already changing throughout the state from October 1st. In an order released on Wednesday, the Directorate of Secondary Education stated that schools will operate until October 15th.
