Hemant Sharma, a resident of Rizzani, has been awarded a PhD by Rajasthan University Jaipur. Hemant completed his research work on the topic "Genetic Engineering: Emerging Ethical Issues" under the guidance of Professor Arvind Vikram Singh from the Department of Philosophy. The oral examination was conducted under the supervision of D.N. Tiwari of Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
