In Jaipur, India, two masked thieves accused of robbery have been arrested. They were allegedly conducting reconnaissance by posing as hawkers when they were caught by police in Varanasi, which is approximately 900 kilometers away.

The Amer police station arrested two accused in a gang that broke into houses and stole jewelry and cash in Jaipur, India. The police have arrested Wasam alias Wasim (37) and Shamsher Ali (25), who were involved in the crime. Both the accused are residents of Uttar Pradesh. DCP North Karan Sharma said that four miscreants entered a house in the Amer police station area around 2 pm on August 18. The accused stole approximately 300 grams of gold bangles from the house.
