Permission sought from Railway Board: preparations underway to shift 2 trains to Khateepura; Jodhpur Superfast almost finalized, doubt on Gomti Nagar train.

To reduce the pressure on Jaipur Junction, plans are being advanced to start trains from Khateepura station. The North Western Railway has planned to operate the Jaipur-Gomti Nagar Express 19715/16 and the Jaipur-Jodhpur Superfast 22977/78 from Khateepura instead of Jaipur. Permission for this has been sought from the Railway Board. A senior official from the Railway Operating Wing stated that the Jaipur-Jodhpur Superfast (High Court) will be diverted to operate from Khateepura.
