The convict of kidnapping and raping a minor has been sentenced to 20 years in prison: The POCSO court in Jaipur stated that such incidents are increasing day by day, and it is necessary to control them.

In the case of abducting a minor, luring her away from home, and committing rape, the POCSO Court-2 of Jaipur Metropolitan II has convicted the accused, Manseeram alias Manish Bairwa, and sentenced him to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of ₹70,000 on the accused. The court has also ordered the victim to be compensated with ₹3 lakh. Additionally, the court has appealed for the recovery of the ₹70,000 fine amount from the accused.
