The Jhalawar police, in collaboration with the NTF Rajasthan, have arrested a member of the Hemraj gang. The accused, Chandrabhan alias Munim (32), had a reward of 25 thousand rupees on his head and had been absconding for about a year. He is originally from Khaira village in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
