Here is the translation of the given Hindi text into English: Pradeep Hingad, the former president of Pali city and a Congress leader, has made a serious allegation against his own party's MLA and district president of forming a BJP board. In a press conference held at the District Club Hotel on Thursday evening, Pradeep Hingad said that the Congress was in the majority in the Pali Municipal Corporation elections, and several independents were in support. The Congress board was being formed easily, but Congress MLA Bhimraj Bhati and the district president caused the mess.
