The top millionaire councilor candidates in Jaipur are only literate: out of 298 candidates, 45% did not attend college. Among the 62 postgraduates, women candidates are the most educated.

In this year's Jaipur Municipal Corporation elections, an interesting math of education has emerged in the election affidavits of BJP and Congress candidates across 150 wards. A daily newspaper, Dainik Bhaskar, analyzed the educational qualifications of the candidates and revealed that those contesting are from PhD, Post Graduate to Graduate levels, including 12th pass and 10th fail candidates. Among these, 28 candidates have never attended school. 45 percent have not gone to college, meaning they have never completed their education.
