Complaint submitted in court after 3 notices: Industrial area was operating without NOC; case registered against RECO officer.

This is the first instance in the district where a government department, the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, has approached the court against another government undertaking, RECO Limited, for environmental protection. The Regional Officer of the Pollution Control Board Bikaner filed a complaint with the Special PCPNDT Court regarding the illegal operations being carried out without valid consent (CTE/CTO) and CETP in the Karni Industrial Area (Expansion).
