Both parties have even finalized observers and in-charges for ticket distribution, but the ticket list will be approved by the Jaipur headquarters before it is released. Meanwhile, the panel has been decided within the Congress party, but the ticket list is likely to be released only on August 31st. The Bikaner Dehat list is almost final, according to Chief Minister Bhajan Lal.
