The capital city of Jaipur is becoming a haven for foreigners who outsmart the agencies. In the last 7 months, 36 foreigners have been apprehended for illegally residing despite their visas expiring. These include 19 girls from Thailand and 14 girls from Uganda and Tanzania, who were caught during raids on spa centers and hotels. Surprisingly, one young woman had been living secretly without a visa for the past 12 years.
