Two women advocates have been nominated to the Rajasthan Bar Council: Varsha Bissa from Jodhpur and Gayatri Rathod from Jaipur, who were appointed by the Chief Justice.

The Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Justice Sanjay K. Agarwal, has appointed Jodhpur-based advocate Varsha Bissa and Jaipur-based senior advocate Gayatri Rathore as co-designate members of the Rajasthan Bar Council. Acting Secretary Vikas Dhaka informed that this appointment was made under the Supreme Court's order dated September 2nd. The Rajasthan Bar Council has a total of 25 members, out of which 23 have been elected, while two are women.
