Amidst the preparations for the Punjab Assembly elections, Congress leader Sachin Pilot launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party government, BJP, and Akali Dal. In an interaction with the media in Jaipur, Pilot stated that Punjab is not only crucial for the Congress but also for the entire country. He added that it is a border state, where assembly elections are scheduled to take place next year. He further mentioned that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi have entrusted him with the responsibility of leading the party in the upcoming Punjab elections.
