With the departure of the monsoon, heat has also intensified in the state. In Pilani (Jhunjhunu), the daytime temperature crossed 41 degrees Celsius on Saturday. Looking at the weather for the last 24 hours, the sky remained clear in all parts of the state and there was bright sunshine from morning. According to the Meteorological Department, the sky will remain clear for the next week.
