Congress-BJP list released for Nagaur Municipal Council: Congress gave a ticket to the nephew, cutting off Mama's (mother's brother) ticket; candidates were announced in 49 wards.

The Congress and BJP have released the first list of councilor candidates for the Nagaur Municipal Council. The names of candidates from 49 out of 60 wards have been announced by the Congress, and 46 wards by the BJP. The Congress has withdrawn former chairman Mangilal Bhati's ticket from ward number 10 and nominated his nephew and former chairman Kriparam Solanki's son, Praveen Solanki, as the candidate. This has led to a political clash between the uncle-nephew in the ward.
