The Congress party has a new formula for winning Panchayat elections: the responsibility of winning 14,000 Panchayats out of 498, and a Political Affairs Committee will be formed in every district.

After the defeat in the municipal elections, the Congress has completely changed its formula for winning the panchayat elections. Under the new action plan, it has adopted a strategy to ensure a vote from every household and has deployed a large army of leaders visible in the corridors of Delhi and Jaipur. The responsibility of winning 14,403 panchayats in the state has been placed on the experienced shoulders of 498 people. After 20 star campaigners, only 41 district supervisors have been appointed for the districts. Below them, all 457 panches have been appointed.
