Congress promises land pattas for ₹5: Dotasra says they will collect free garbage from every household and recruit sanitation workers every year.

The Congress party has decided to release separate manifestos at the local level for 309 urban bodies. The party has made a dozen promises at the state level. Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasra said that the Congress will ensure free garbage collection from every household in urban bodies, reconsider the UD tax and make it logical, and undertake major infrastructure projects like riverfronts in Kota and Bharat Jodo Setu in Jaipur.
