The Bekaria police station in Udaipur has frozen assets worth 5.5 million rupees belonging to an accused, which were procured through illegal drugs. The police have frozen his two-story residential house and a noora (a type of land). Under the direction of SP Dr. Amrita Duhan, Station Officer Ramavatar Meena took this action under the NDPS Act. The police stated that the accused, Udaylal alias Uda, son of Ratanlal Gurjar, resident of Vijaypur Chittorgarh, has been involved in illegal drug trafficking for many years.
