Health department raid at Pacific University-Dental College in Udaipur: 6 samples of dal, vegetables and rice seized from the mess; sent to lab.

In Udaipur, the Food Safety Department team took action on Wednesday under the 'Purified Food Adulteration Strike' campaign. On the instructions of Commissioner Avichal Chaturvedi and CMHO Dr. Ashok Aditya, the team inspected the messes of educational institutions. The team conducted a surprise raid on the mess of Pacific University in Pratap Nagar and Pacific Dental College in Debari. The quality of food being served to students here was found to be questionable, leading to the inspection of lentils, vegetables, and rice.
