The commission took 60,000 rupees in the name of the plot but said that 75,000 should be returned.

The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has ordered Om Sky Rise Developers Jaipur and New Vikas Real Mart Pvt. Ltd. to return ₹60,000 with interest, along with additional expenses of ₹10,000 and ₹5,000 for mental distress.
