The Congress has released the third list of candidates for the Barmer Municipal Council. In this list of 4 names, Suratan Singh, a four-time councilor and close associate of former MLA Mewaram Jain, has been dropped from the ticket. Vikram has been nominated in his place. The Congress has nominated Madhulata, wife of incumbent councilor Mahavir Bohra, as the candidate for ward number 12. Mahavir Bohra is part of the rival faction of former MLA Mewaram Jain. The Congress has nominated a total of 55 candidates.
