Jaipur's 'Dhod' band will represent India in Switzerland, marking the country as a guest of honor for the first time in 66 years. The event is scheduled to begin tomorrow in Martigny City.

The folk culture and music of Rajasthan are once again set to make a distinct identity on the international stage. India has been chosen as the guest of honor country for the first time in the 66-year history of Foir du Val, one of Switzerland's major public cultural events. On this historic occasion, Rahees Bharti, a folk artist and tabla player from Rajasthan, is being represented by her international folk music and dance group 'Dhod', which will perform in India.
