The police have arrested the accused, who had been absconding for a year, from Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The accused has been identified as Munnalal (56), a resident of Nagla Bari, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. After committing the crime, the accused fled with the stolen goods.
