The hearing in the encroachment case on New Sanganer Road has been postponed. The JDA submitted its response, stating that encroachment has been removed from 700 meters and requested time for further action.

The High Court adjourned the hearing today in the case of encroachment on the New Sanganer Road between Sodala and Gurjar Ki Thadi in Jaipur. The case will now be heard again in two weeks. Meanwhile, the JDA submitted its response to the High Court, stating that it had removed encroachments from 700 meters of the 2.4 km road. The remaining 1.7 km of road requires four weeks to take action. In its response, the JDA stated that encroachments were on both sides of the road.
