Jaipur's Daulatpura case: Bidding begins today, RCO is auctioning off 80 hectares of hill land for a resort.

The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) is auctioning off 80 hectares of hill land for the construction of a resort. The case pertains to Daulatpura in Jaipur. RIICO is conducting an e-auction of seven tourism category plots here, all of which are undeveloped and have a total area of 75.21 hectares. Under the scheme, 2.52 hectares of land will be reserved for development, while roads will be constructed on 2.23 hectares, leaving .24 hectares as a buffer zone for future use.
