Rajasthan Police to be High-Tech: Emphasis on technology from beat-police patrolling to traffic management; new beat system to be implemented in 9 districts.

The Rajasthan Police has taken a significant initiative to modernize and technology-basedize beat policing and traffic management. To make beat policing more effective, accountable, and people-oriented, an MoU has been signed between the Rajasthan Police and the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD), Ministry of Home Affairs. Additionally, a one-day workshop for traffic police officers has been organized at MNIT Jaipur to make traffic management safer and smoother.
