Jaipur experienced heavy rainfall and flooded low-lying areas. Schools in Jhalawar were closed yesterday due to the rain, and the river overflowed in Baran. People are stranded in their homes in Sawaimadhopur.

Due to a new system formed in the Bay of Bengal, several districts in Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Dausa, Sawai Madhopur, Jhalawar, and Bharatpur, received rainfall on Friday. In Jaipur, intermittent rain has been occurring since morning. Considering the heavy rainfall warning for Jhalawar district, government and private schools will remain closed from 1st to 12th September (Saturday). In Sawai Madhopur, roads in many areas of the city were submerged. In Ranthambore, Sherpur-Khilchi
